CAZA Collective is recruiting on behalf of an established luxury jewelry retailer seeking an Inventory Associate to join its inventory department in New York City. The Inventory Associate serves as the traffic controller for new finished jewelry inventory, managing each product through the intake, processing, photography, description, and website publishing workflow. This person will help ensure that merchandise is accurately entered into the inventory system, fully documented, photographed, and prepared for both online publication and in-store display. This is a highly administrative and detail-intensive position with a strong emphasis on data entry, product information, organization, and sustained accuracy. It is not a traditional stockroom or inventory-pulling role. Reporting directly to the Inventory Manager, the Inventory Associate will work within a small, collaborative inventory department and will become largely independent once fully trained. The role is considered entry level within the organization, but candidates must bring relevant jewelry knowledge or prior jewelry industry experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, accountable, and comfortable completing repetitive work that requires consistent focus. This person should be eager to learn, willing to take initiative, and motivated to grow.
